Please read these Terms of Service ("Agreement") carefully before enrolling in any first aid training courses provided by KMW Outreach Inc. This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions that apply to your participation in our courses. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. Course Enrollment and Confirmation:

1.1. Enrollment: To enroll in our first aid training courses, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate and up-to-date information.

1.2. Confirmation: Your enrollment will be confirmed once we receive full payment for the selected course and verify the availability of seats.

2. Course Content and Requirements:

2.1. Course Content: The curriculum and content of each first aid training course will be outlined on our website or provided to you during the registration process.

2.2. Requirements: It is your responsibility to meet any prerequisites or requirements for the course, including age restrictions, pre-course reading of online modules, or other specified conditions.

3. Payment and Refunds:

3.1. Payment: Course fees are due at the time of enrollment and can be made through the designated payment methods on our website or as otherwise instructed.

3.2. Refunds: Our refund policy, as outlined separately, governs all refund requests.

4. Participant Conduct:

4.1. Respectful Behavior: All participants are expected to treat instructors and fellow attendees with respect and courtesy during the training sessions.

4.2. Compliance: Participants must comply with all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the instructor during the training.

5. Course Changes and Cancellations:

5.1. Changes: KMW Outreach Inc. reserves the right to make changes to the course schedule, content, or instructors if necessary. We will notify enrolled participants of any significant changes.

5.2. Cancellations: In the event that we must cancel a course, enrolled participants will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund, as per our refund policy.

6. Intellectual Property:

6.1. Course Materials: All course materials, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, and instructional content, are the intellectual property of the Canadian Red Cross and/or KMW Outreach Inc. and are protected by copyright laws. Participants may not reproduce or distribute these materials without prior written consent.

6.2. Training Materials: You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any training materials provided during the course.

7. Limitation of Liability:

7.1. KMW Outreach Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with your participation in our courses or the use of any course materials.

7.2. We do not guarantee any particular outcomes or results from the training courses.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

8.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

8.2. Any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

9. Amendments:

9.1. KMW Outreach Inc. reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Agreement on our website.

By enrolling in our first aid training courses, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Terms of Service Agreement.
