Refund policy

Thank you for choosing KMW Outreach Inc. for your first aid training needs. We are committed to providing high-quality training and exceptional service to all our customers. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be considered and processed.
1.1. Full Course Refund: You may be eligible for a full refund if you request the refund at least 7 days before the scheduled training date.
1.2. Partial Refund: If you cancel your enrollment between 7 days and 2 days before the scheduled training date, you may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to an administration fee of 15% of the course fee.
1.3. No Refund: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made 2 days before the scheduled training date or for participants who fail to attend the training.
2. Requesting a Refund:
2.1. To initiate a refund request, you must send an email to registrations@kmwoutreach.ca with the subject line "Refund Request" and provide the following details:
3.1. Once we receive your refund request, we will review the information provided and verify your eligibility for a refund based on the criteria outlined in section 1.
3.2. If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 3 business days using the original payment method.
3.3. Please note that the processing time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Course Rescheduling:
4.1. If you are unable to attend the scheduled training, we offer the option to reschedule your course to a future date, subject to availability. Please contact us at 519-998-3150 or registrations@kmwoutreach.ca to discuss rescheduling options. You may also reschedule your course using our booking website by referring to the link sent in your booking email.
5. Course Cancellation by KMW Outreach Inc.:
5.1. In the unlikely event that we must cancel a training course, you will be eligible for a full refund of the course fee or the option to reschedule for a future course date, as per your preference.
6. Non-transferable:
6.1. Refunds are non-transferable and can only be issued to the original participant who made the payment.
7. Changes to the Refund Policy:
7.1. KMW Outreach Inc. reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised policy on our website.
By enrolling in our first aid training courses, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this refund policy.
